1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 589 ("Platform", "we"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the website, mobile app and services provided by 589.

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 589 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and all related policies, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours.

These Terms take effect from the date of your account registration or the date you first access the 589 platform, whichever is earlier.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use 589's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration.
• Be a legally valid individual capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Not residing in a region or country where the use of this service is prohibited by local law.
• Not having had an account previously terminated by 589 due to a terms violation.
• Not holding more than one active account on the 589 platform.

3Account Registration & Identity Verification

Each user is only permitted to have one (1) account only on the 589 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts involved.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false information is a serious violation of these Terms.

Identity Verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. Documents that may be requested include:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or a valid passport.
• Bank or utility statement as proof of address (not older than 3 months).
• A selfie with your identification document if required.

The KYC process is typically completed within 1–3 business days. You will be notified by email or in-platform notification once verification is complete.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

589 supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia. All transactions must use a payment method registered in your own name — third-party transactions are not permitted.

589 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may impose their own charges which are beyond our control. For withdrawals, please ensure the recipient name on your bank account or e-wallet an exact match matching the name registered in your 589 account.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by 589 are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted. The specific wagering requirements for each promotion are stated on the Promotions.

General rules applicable to all 589 bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be used for gaming purposes on the 589 platform and are not transferable.
• Each member is entitled to receive any given promotion once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Attempts to exploit or abuse promotions, including through the use of multiple accounts, will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
• 589 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence that the promotional terms and conditions have not been properly met.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• The expiry date of each bonus will be stated in the respective promotion's terms — bonuses not used within the specified period will expire automatically.

6Game Rules & Integrity

All games available on the 589 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent auditing bodies. This ensures that the outcome of every game is entirely random and free from any manipulation.

Users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following while using the 589 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical tools to play or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system. Any bugs discovered must be reported to our support team.
• Using wagering strategies designed to manipulate or exploit the bonus system.
• Communicating or colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

In Live Casino games, all decisions made by the dealer are final and binding. Any dispute regarding a Live Casino game outcome must be submitted within 24 hours from the time the game activity occurs.

7Accepted User Conduct

Users of the 589 platform are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards all parties. The following are strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language when communicating with support staff or other users.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the 589 platform.
• Using a 589 account for any illegal activities, including money laundering.
• Attempting to hack, attack or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the 589 platform.
• Collecting or storing other users' information without authorization.

589 fully complies with anti-money laundering (AML) laws and carries out continuous transaction monitoring. Any suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with legal requirements.

8Account Suspension & Closure

589 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if:

• There is a breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registration details found to be false or inaccurate.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering or bonus abuse is detected.
• The user makes threats or displays aggressive behaviour towards 589 staff.
• A court order or directive from authorities requires us to do so.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all active wagering requirements must be fulfilled, and any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

For members who wish to take a temporary break, we offer the option of self-exclusion which can be activated via account settings without permanently closing your account. More information is available on the Responsible Gaming.

9Liability Limits & Disclaimer

589 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted operation, we cannot guarantee that the service will be free from technical errors, disruptions or unexpected downtime.

589 shall not be liable for:

• Losses incurred as a result of legitimate game outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, internet infrastructure issues or third-party actions.
• Losses arising from a user sharing their login credentials with another party.
• Any taxes or other liabilities imposed on your wins by local authorities.

589's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

589 reserves the right to amend, add to or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes take effect immediately upon being posted on our platform. The revision date at the top of this document will be updated each time a change is made.

We will endeavour to notify users of material changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the 589 platform following the publication of any changes to the Terms will be considered your full acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, please contact us to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation first, before any legal proceedings are initiated.
